<aside> 📌 BEFORE YOU START USING THE TEMPLATE

  2. The duplicated template will now be in your workspace and you can use and edit it. All the changes you make to your version won’t be showing up in the original version. </aside>

<aside> 📌 HOW TO USE THIS TEMPLATE

I’ve broken down my entire template creating process into tasks and I’ve labeled them with tags.

In the first table view you’ll see all the tasks laid out. In the other table views the tasks are filtered by the tags.

PS! Making changes in one table view will affect the other views. (e.g. if you delete a task in one view, it will be deleted in all the views)

tags: phases of creating the template

name: name of the phase

All the names that have an icon have more information written on their card. Click on the name to view.

status: click on the element to change the status. You can filter the tasks by status view by clicking “filter” in the top right corner of the table and selecting the status you’d like to show.

*e.g. if you wanna hide all the completed tasks and only show “not started” and “in progress”*

due: you can set due dates for when the tasks need to be completed by

<aside> 📌 HOW CAN CUSTOMERS ACCESS THEIR WEBSITE TEMPLATE

→ After the checkout, ThriveCart automatically directs customers to a Google Drive folder I’ve created for the template.

→ In the folder they’ll have all the PDF bonus templates I’ve created + a PDF share key file. From the file they can copy their share key and access the resources page on my website by clicking a button in the file.

→ With the share key they can add the template to their Showit account and start customizing.
